Can a buyer Find  your web site

I have seen web sites with no title, no meta keywords , no meta description, no criteria by which search engines seek sites. You need a counter so that you determined if anyone is looking at your site. I have heard people say "I don't want a counter, because i don't want anyone to know that no one is looking at the site."
