possible complain or make suggestions for modifications. The idea
here is, "when it is for free, it is "AS IS". What can you do? you
cannot threaten to fire someone you aren't paying. You can ask
for the site to be completed by a certain time. Free is not what you
really want. Your return on investment may be high and it may be
zero. free means maybe!
When you are in business to make money, you need a web site that is designed to help you make money. Those web sites are never FREE. |
