Transportation services for Runaway Teens, and Troubled Teens to a program or boarding school you choose. We provide safe transport for troubled teens and others throughout the United States.

Our mission is to help families by providing their loved ones with safe and secure transport services.

Goal:
To help all families that are dealing with crisis with their teenager, and to transport them to a program were that can receive proper help.

New Day Teen Transport Service Fees:
Transport Costs:
• $2,400.00 flat rate, excluding airfare, throughout the US.
• Client pays actual airfare.
• A quote for all airfare is presented and all airfare cost are authorized before the tickets are purchased.
• Refundable tickets are recommended to protect against any complications at boarding.
• Please Note: Driving only transport may be available at a significant discount.

What These Fees Cover:
• A team of two experienced agents
• Car rental and fuel
• Meals and incidental costs

Driving Times
• New Day will transport drivable distances of up to 6 hours each way for the flat rate fee.
• Longer drives are available and quoted upon request.
Discount
• New Day offers a $100.00 discount when the family chooses cash payment.

Additional fees
When transports exceed 24 hours (starting when our agents leave the home office), the following fees are included:
• Team of two agents for the second day: $ 325.00
• Hotel/lodging costs
• Additional car rental fees

Q. How do I pay for services?
We take care of all expenses up front. You will receive an estimate of costs with the agreement prior to transport. We accept checks, visa, master card and cash.

Q. What if my child becomes defiant and oppositional?
This is expected. Our agents are trained and aware of how to deal with crisis

.Q. How much notice do you need?
We are available 24/7. The major factor is flight availability.

Q. What should I do to prepare for the actual transport?
The most important thing for New Day Teen Transport is that the parents are comfortable with our agents. Prior to the escort, an agent will be assigned to make contact with you to review all transport instructions.

Q. What is the best time to transport?
We would like to pick up your child early in the morning, if possible. We will come to where the child is and have you take us to their room. Once in the room, we ask that you introduce us by our first names and tell your child that we need to talk to them and ask them to cooperate with us. We ask at this time, that you leave the room so we can spend some time talking to them explaining what is taking place. When they are ready, we leave for the airport. After leaving their home, the teen is never more that an arm’s length away from an agent. The agent will call you after arriving at the program.

Q. What should we pack for our child?
You may pack a small duffle bag with toiletries and a change of clothes that will satisfy the criteria for carry-on items. We will not check on luggage at the airport. This will help to expedite getting to the appropriate destination in a timely manner.
